Customer Service Representative

Location: FREDERICKSBURG, VA

Loving Air is a locally owned, family-run HVAC company serving homeowners and faith-based organizations in our community. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who communicates clearly, solves problems efficiently, and treats every customer with professionalism and care.

This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role that directly impacts customer experience, retention, and company growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
  • Provide customers with account information, service history, and pricing details
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly
  • Process payments, renewals, membership sales, and cancellation requests
  • Follow up with customers to retain services and maintain relationships
  • Make outbound calls to previous and current customers
  • Accurately document calls, notes, and job details in ServiceTitan
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or memberships
  • Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
  • Represent Loving Air’s core values in every interaction

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Standard business hours
  • Full-time, in-office position

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Bilingual a plus
